Particles of Matter – Important Properties
NCERT के अनुसार matter के कणों की 3 खासियतें होती हैं:
1. Particles लगातार गति करते हैं
यानी particles कभी रुकते नहीं।
2. Particles के बीच space होता है
इसलिए gas > liquid > solid (space बढ़ती जाती है)
3. Particles में एक-दूसरे को खींचने की शक्ति होती है
Solid में attraction सबसे ज्यादा होती है, gas में सबसे कम।
Diffusion – आसान उदाहरण
Diffusion मतलब “किसी चीज़ का अपने-आप फैल जाना”

यह gas का diffusion है।
Matter Ke State Change (Melting, Freezing, Evaporation, Condensation)
Matter गर्मी या ठंड से अपनी state बदल सकता है:
ठोस → द्रव (Melting)
बर्फ → पानी
द्रव → गैस (Evaporation/Boiling)
पानी → भाप
गैस → द्रव (Condensation)
भाप → पानी
द्रव → ठोस (Freezing)
पानी → बर्फ
Factors Affecting Evaporation (बहुत important)
